We'll do whatever it takes to make sure you, our customer, get the vacation you really want.  We'll use our extensive training and personal experience to find the cruise line, hotel, rental car, or tour package that's right for you.  For example, many cruise lines offer vacations to the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexico, and Alaska.  A good travel agency will determine which combination of cruise line and itinerary is right for you.

No.  We don't intend to be a good travel agency.  We DO intend on being an outstanding travel-related services company.  Actually, we plan to be the best in the industry.  We'll get there by doing what's right for you, all the time.

What won't Makarma Travel do?

Well, let's see......There are a few things Makarma Travel will not do.  For example:

• Makarma Travel will NOT add a service fee to purchases, as many other agencies now do.
• Makarma Travel will NOT book your vacation with any company which does not meet its extremely high standards for service.
• Makarma Travel will NOT be difficult to reach.  We'll respond to your e-mail or letter within 12 hours.  Our phone lines are operational from 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, Pacific time, seven days a week.
